Mark Moeller is President of Recipe of Success, a consulting firm in restaurant development. He has owned 2 restaurants in Manhattan, a French bistro, and a crepery. He has over 30 years of diverse experience in restaurant operations. Mark is a member of the New England Culinary Group.
Steven Semaya is the owner and operator of Strada 18, a restaurant in South Norwalk. Strada 18 features Italian cuisine in a casual dining atmosphere.
