Since forming MaxEx Public Relations, LLC in 1997, a public relations firm specializing in the hospitality industry, we have been dedicated to promoting an industry we hold so dear. Having worked her way through the exciting hospitality world for over 11 years, including stints as a chef, catering director, and every other life affirming task that draws one into the hospitality industry forever, Linda continues to keep her finger on the pulse of thriving culinary destinations as a respected Public Relations professional, writer, and industry supporter. Linda has garnered numerous awards for her writing, including The North American Travel Journalists Association's Award of Excellence for General Trade Story, 3 years in a row. As a frequent speaker for many professional organizations such as The Connecticut Writer’s Conference at Norwalk Community College, and The Connecticut Restaurant Association, and the International Hotel and Restaurant Show NYC, Linda addresses the issues pertaining to the promotion of the hospitality industry and the responsibility that food journalists, as well as publicists have to the hospitality industry as a whole.
