Jim Ferreira has been in the payroll industry for over 14 years. He was formerly with the company Paychex, where he garnered numerous awards including;  "Circle of Excellence" award 7 years; 9-time "Conference" award winner; Level V Diamond Club member for obtaining 1500 payroll clients and $5 million in payroll revenue; and several “Sales Representative of the Years” awards throughout his career.

Now Jim brings his talents to Ovation Payroll, Inc. Having a strong knowledge of the restaurant industry, and maintaining over 150 restaurant clients throughout New York and Connecticut, Jim understands the intricacies of restaurant payroll such as FICA Tip Credit, Tips to Minimum reporting, Shortfall reporting, Cash and Charge tip reporting, etc.
