Jessica Curtis is an Associate Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Brokerage Services Group in the Stamford, CT office.  Ms. Curtis specializes in upscale retail and restaurant leasing and focuses her efforts in both the national and local retail markets.

Ms. Curtis previously served as an Associate with CB Richard Ellis’ Tri-State Region Retail Services Group where she spearheaded the development of the company’s retail efforts in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. 

Ms. Curtis began her career with Sheldon Gordon at Gordon Group Holdings and subsequently worked with Hanna Struever at Retail Portfolio Solutions.  She has extensive experience as an owner’s representative in shopping center development and has assisted numerous retailers and restaurants in the creation and execution of strategic expansion programs.  She has a background in high-end retail real estate development and, over the years, has worked with many of the world’s most influential retailers and developers.  Select clients have included SL Green, Blumenfeld Development, G&S Investors, Lacoste, Barcelona Wine Bar, B&B Hospitality, Rizzuto’s Kitchen & Bar and Polarn O. Pyret. 

Locally, Ms. Curtis was pivotal in a number of recent restaurant transactions including Mario Batali’s Tarry Enoteca in Westport , The Goose in Darien, Sails Grille in Rowayton, Bartaco in Port Chester, Stamford and West Hartford, Filling Station in New Canaan and Stamford, and Rizzuto’s Kitchen and Bar in Westport and Stamford.

Ms. Curtis has been a member of several industry and business organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers and the New England Culinary Group, a restaurant consultancy group.  She graduated with honors from State University of New York in Purchase with a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Society & the Arts.
