Hally works closely with her clients to ensure optimal product sales by providing Wait Staff Trainings on how to sell more bottled water, conducting Water & Wine Harmonizations and demonstrating Perrier Mixology & Sublimation recipes for refreshing, fun new cocktails created in France. Dedicated to introducing S.Pellegrino, Acqua Panna and Perrier to consumers and keeping the brand closely woven into the fabric of the communities she serves, Hally continues to donate product and volunteer her time to such charities as The Greenwich Hospital, The New Covenant House of Hospitality, Share Our Strength, The Food Bank, The Liver Foundation, The Stamford Chamber of Commerce, The Shelter For The Homeless and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
