Frank Cohen is a highly respected Restaurant Critic of 17 years who has contributed several hundred restaurant reviews and food, wine and beer articles under his own name and several pen names to more than two dozen media outlets throughout Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts. Cohen is currently the Executive Editor of Connecticut’s leading restaurant website, RestaurantsCT.com. After a turn as the Director of Quality Control & Product Development for a Manhattan restaurant group, he currently serves as the Director of Restaurant Development & Quality Control for the Ibiza Restaurant Group.
Since 2001, Cohen has tendered his services as a Restaurant Consultant to select clients. Operating as Epic Cures, Cohen has spearheaded successful restaurant start-ups in three states (Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts) and has helped develop resort properties in the Far East.
